We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, or a clear motivation for wanting to work in the drug and alcohol sector. A successful track record of providing efficient and reliable customer service is essential.

You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. Join our team as a High Intensity CBT Therapist in Scunthorpe on a part time basis.

As a High Intensity Therapist (CBT), you'll play a key role in supporting people experiencing common mental health difficulties alongside drug and alcohol use. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, external professionals and wider support networks to ensure people receive the right care at the right time.

This is a rewarding opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, helping people overcome barriers to recovery and make lasting positive changes in their lives. You'll also contribute to service development, clinical supervision, audits and the ongoing improvement of psychological therapy provision across the service.

The role is part time and permanent, working 22.5 hours per week across 3 days. The salary for this position is £50,000 per annum.
