Job summary

Lookers Blackburn Volkswagen is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our on-site team, specialising in either new or used car sales and delivering first-class customer service.

You will work alongside a passionate sales team to build rapport with customers, suggest suitable vehicles, arrange test drives, and negotiate final prices while ensuring accurate paperwork is completed and service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to hit targets and work to sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Negotiating the final price for the sale
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
• Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
