A leading healthcare organization in the UK is seeking an Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join their team in Leatherhead. The successful candidate will be providing high-quality audiology services in a modern practice setting, ensuring ethical patient care and maintaining clinical standards. This full-time position offers a starting salary from £42,000 plus uncapped commission with an earning potential of around £120,000 OTE, along with various benefits including a company car option, life insurance, and private healthcare.

Qualifications

  • Must have a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser certification or be Pre-Registered HAD.
  • Required to have current HCPC registration.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audiometric and otoscopic assessments.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated and compliant.
  • Fit hearing aids based on individual patient needs.
  • Complete service and rehabilitation appointments timely.
  • Take accurate aural impressions for hearing aid manufacture.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records.

Skills

Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Pre-Registered HAD
Current HCPC registration
Full UK driving licence
Competent IT skills for use of audiometric equipment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
