Job summary

Pertemps South Midlands Driving Hub is recruiting HGV1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing store delivery work based in Kettering, United Kingdom. Newly passed drivers welcome and earnings exceed £45,000 per year with overtime and premiums. Roles cover days, afternoons and nights with ongoing work.

£17.45 per hour with 10% afternoon premium, 20% night premium and 30% weekend premium; time and a half after 9 hours. Assessments paid.

Responsibilities

Pertemps South Midlands Driving Hub is recruiting HGV1 for ongoing store delivery work based in Kettering.

Whether you passed your test five years ago or five weeks ago, we'd like to hear from you.

Single-drop store deliveries, paid assessment, excellent earning potential and ongoing work. The sort of driving job that drivers usually tell their mates about... but not too many mates.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be making palletised store deliveries using modern box vehicles.

• Predominantly single-drop palletised store deliveries


• Occasional 2-3 drop routes


• Unloading deliveries at store


• Reloading palletised returns before leaving


• Completing vehicle checks and paperwork


• Delivering safely, legally and professionally

Everything coming back is already palletised, so you’re not spending half your shift searching a stockroom for a mystery cage that apparently \"was definitely here earlier\".

Who are we looking for?

You’ll need:
