Job summary

Wilson Recruitment Ltd seeks HGV 1 drivers for our client in Daventry. The role involves delivering to stores, unloading pallets with pallet truck and tail lift, collecting waste, and daily vehicle checks.

You must have a Full UK driving licence with C+E, digital tachograph and CPC, no more than 6 points, and a positive, hardworking attitude. Priorities include safety and efficient driving throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement.
• Digital tachograph & CPC card required.
• No more than 6 points and no dangerous or drink-related endorsements.
• Positive, friendly and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery drops to stores.
• Unload palletised goods from the vehicle using a powered pallet truck and tail lift.
• Collect waste and other items from the shop to return to the depot.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks.
• Have a safe and efficient approach to driving.
