Pertemps Bond is recruiting an HGV Valeter in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves cleaning and preparing HGVs and commercial vehicles for sale, with emphasis on high presentation standards.

You will work with a dedicated team, outdoors in all weathers, using pressure washing equipment. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for career progression within the logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Clean and valet the interior and exterior of HGVs and commercial vehicles to a high standard.
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean vehicles effectively (training can be provided).
• Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions with PPE provided.
• Ensure vehicles are fully prepared and presented before photographs for sale.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and attention to detail.
• Keep wash bay and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet preparation targets and deadlines.

HGV Valeter

Our client within the commercial vehicle export industry, are looking for a hardworking and reliable HGV Valeter to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with valeting or vehicle preparation experience who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Role

As an HGV Valeter, you will play a key role in preparing our vehicles to the highest standards before they are marketed and sold. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will ensure all vehicles are cleaned, presented professionally, and ready for photography and customer viewings.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and valet the interior and exterior of HGVs and commercial vehicles to a high standard.
