Job summary

Interaction Technical is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join the workshop in Kettering. You will service and repair a Scania fleet to ensure safety and compliance, with a 4-on, 4-off night shift pattern.

The role offers a modern workshop, ongoing manufacturer training, and clear career progression in a supportive environment. A strong, hands-on technician with UK driving licence is ideal.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience servicing and repairing heavy commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance on HGVs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT/DVSA and maintain records in workshop systems.
• Work with others to minimise downtime and maintain high workmanship standards.
