Enterprise Mobility is hiring an HGV Technician/Mechanic for its Flex-E-Rent Leeds workshop. You will diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles, taking ownership from diagnosis to completion using modern diagnostic equipment.

We offer structured career progression toward Master Technician, overtime paid at 1.25x, and a £1,500 joining bonus. Join a family-owned business that values its people and supports growth.

Competenze

• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance.
• Experience with vehicle electrical systems and modern vehicle technology.
• Experience preparing vehicles for MOT.
• Experience working to productivity and efficiency targets.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using workshop systems.

Mansioni

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles
• Carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently
• Working with leading manufacturers including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford
• Taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to successful completion
• Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and tools
• Collaborating with a skilled and friendly team to maximise vehicle availability
• Adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team across a variety of vehicle types and repair requirements.
