Job summary

Bulkhaul Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our Middlesbrough workshop. You will perform servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a growing fleet of vehicles and trailers, with a focus on safety and MOT readiness.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and repair; Class 1 HGV is a plus. Expect a 40-hour week with overtime opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and repair (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Class 1 HGV Licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety inspections, servicing and repair on fleet of vehicles and trailers.
• Carry out diagnostics on tractors and trailers.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT in line with pass record.
• Carry out roadside repairs and road tests when required.
