Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Technician for a dayshift role, Monday to Friday, with a competitive base salary and overtime opportunities. The position is commutable from Nuneaton and surrounding towns, offering security, training and progression.

You will service, diagnose and repair HGVs, perform MOT prep, welding and fabrication as needed, and maintain accurate job cards and records.

Qualifications

• A mechanically biased Heavy Vehicle Technician, HGV Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician.
• Strong background in servicing, diagnostics and repairs on HGVs or heavy vehicles.
• Level 3 qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI).
• IRTEC accreditation (desirable but not essential).
• Someone friendly & reliable

Responsibilities

• Servicing, inspections, MOT prep and reactive repairs
• Fault finding and diagnostics on Heavy Goods Vehicles and trailers
• Welding and fabrication work where needed
• Completing job cards and maintenance records
