• Experience in a trailer or HGV mechanical position is required.
• Must hold relevant qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• A full UK driving licence is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGV trailers and vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Perform pre-MOT inspections and keep everything DVSA compliant.
• Work on braking systems, suspension, lighting, hydraulics and other trailer components.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and inspections.
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a tidy workshop.
