Overview

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Commercial Workshop, based in the Wellingborough area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £41,600 with OTE of circa £45,000. Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties

• Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs and other Commercial Vehicles
• Contribute with road-based repairs, and breakdowns when necessary
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements

• Previous working experience within the role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical knowledge
• A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
