• Previous experience as a HGV Technician is required.
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and maintenance of HGVs.
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation.
• Liaising with the Service and Parts Departments.
• Completion of MOT preparation.
• Work to Health & Safety and DVSA standards.

Overview

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Commercial Vehicle Dealership, based in the Preston area.

The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £45,000 with OTE of circa £45,000 with working hours of 4-on-4-off rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am).

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team. This is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties

• Servicing, repair and maintenance of HGVs
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
