Overview

HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic – Middlesbrough

Salary: Up to £22.10 per hour. Contract Type: Permanent. Shift Pattern: 2-weekly rotating. Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm or Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm.

We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician / Mechanic to join our well-equipped Middlesbrough workshop. This permanent role offers a competitive salary, overtime opportunities, and an excellent work-life balance with no weekend working as standard.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of a large fleet of heavy goods vehicles, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
• Work with a variety of vehicles and applications within a modern workshop environment.

Facilities

Workshop is spacious, with several bays, vehicle ramps, and a newly installed pit. Plans are underway to extend the workshop to provide opportunities to work on a wider range of vehicles.
