Shift Pattern-Wednesday to Saturday Dayshift start 8.am (42.5 hours )

Please note you will need to drive a car/vehicle to reach the site as there are no buses near to the site !!

Due to the expansion of our fleet and restructure of our workshop shift patterns to meet future demands we now have a fantastic opportunity for a HGV Technician .This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can step straight into the role and make an immediate impact.

Shift Pattern-Dayshift 8am-6pm

Weds to Saturday

plus any overtime if wanted

Rewards

  • Hourly rate £19.00 to £19.50
  • Shift bonuses also available for afters shift.

  • Responsibilities
  • You will be fully competent in conducting HGV /Trailer safety inspections and MOT preparation to achieve VOSA compliance and have a strong grounding in HGV electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Able to achieve timely completion of tasks and give accurate updates whilst remaining focused and calm under pressure.
  • Keeping detailed records of repairs, inspections, and testing.

Requirements

  • As valued members of our team you will bring with you experience and enthusiasm and be qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in the repair and servicing of HGVs.
  • Have good communication skills and show attention to detail in all aspects of inspection, repair and testing documentation.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
