HGV Technician

Salary: £52,000

Location: Stanford Le Hope, Essex

Shift: Monday to Friday (Earlies and Lates)

Are you an experienced HGV Technician ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting chance to join one of the UK's leading automotive and logistics companies, renowned for investing in its people, expanding nationwide, and offering long-term career growth as an HGV technician.

In this role, you'll carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a modern fleet of HGVs using the latest diagnostic equipment, ensuring vehicles are kept to the highest safety and performance standards.

This is a role where you will have the opportunity to join an established, dynamic team, where there are opportunities to upskill.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a modern fleet of HGVs using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Ensure vehicles are kept to the highest safety and performance standards
  • Be part of an established, dynamic team with opportunities to upskill
Qualifications
  • Proven experience working on HGVs, Large Vehicles, trailers, plant equipment or workshop equipment
  • Recognised qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills on HGV or vehicles
  • HGV or ADR License would be desirable but not essential
