Job summary

Motus Commercials Doncaster is seeking a fully skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team at the Doncaster dealership. You will work Week 1 - Monday to Friday 6.00am - 14.30pm and Week 2 - Monday to Friday 14.00pm - 22.30pm, with Saturday mornings required.

Salary is £41,600. From day 1 you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25, a pension paid through salary sacrifice, BUPA medical insurance, life assurance 2 x

• Time served technician with City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable diagnostics and repairs experience on commercial vehicles.
• Ability to perform safety inspections and routine maintenance.

Job Introduction

Motus Commercials is the largest DAF Trucks Dealer Group in Europe and the largest Independent Commercial Vehicle Dealer Group in the UK and we are on the lookout for a fully skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician. As our new Technician, you will join our friendly team at our Doncaster dealership which will see you working:

Week 1 - Monday to Friday 6.00am - 14.30pm

Week 2 - Monday to Friday 14.00pm - 22.30pm Saturday mornings required

Salary - £41,600

As an HGV Technician at Motus Commercials in Doncaster we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
• Time served Technician with City & Guilds or Equivalent
• Diagnostics and repairs
• Safety Inspections
• Routine Maintenance
• General mechanical ability.
• Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
• Undertake training on current and future vehicles

It would be advantageous if you had:
• DAF product experience.
• Irtec Licence.
• HGV Licence.
• EV Vehicle experience
