HGV Trailer Technician

£60,000+ annual salary with £2,000 welcome bonus, 1.5× overtime, 4 on 4 off shifts.

We’re proud to partner with a nationwide fleet management business that has a brand‑new site in Coventry. The company has over 30 years of experience in HGV maintenance and repair and serves some of the UK’s largest commercial fleet operators.

The role focuses on the maintenance and repair of a fleet of trailers for one of the country’s biggest logistics companies. Join our fast‑growing, forward‑thinking team to drive the business forward.

Requirements

• Qualification in Heavy Goods Maintenance or experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of routine trailer repairs & servicing
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis
• Experience preparing trailers for MOT testing
• Own basic tools; larger equipment will be provided on site
• Exposure to welding and metal working

• £60,000+ earnings (including bonus)
