HGV Service Advisor Vacancy – Heathrow

Salary: £32,000 Basic OTE £35,000 + company benefits

Working Hours: Rotating shifts Monday - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota paid at 1.5.

• 5.30am to 2.30pm
• 8.00am to 5.00pm
• 10.00am to 7.00pm

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers as they wish to book their vehicle into the workshop, delivering high levels of customer service.
• Find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen.
• Work with the busy dealership to manage volumes while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous motor trade experience; independent garage experience may be considered if the candidate shows knowledge, confidence and a driven manner.
• Steady work history.
• At least 2 years’ experience working within the motor trade/car dealership as a Service Advisor.
• Experience with Pinnacle or Kerridge systems is preferable but not essential.
• Confident, friendly and professional individual with a strong customer service background.
