Overview

HGV Service Advisor vacancy – Heathrow. Salary: £32,000 basic, OTE £35,000 + company benefits. Working hours: rotating shifts Monday‑Friday with one Saturday morning every third week, paid at 1.5x. Shift times: 05:30‑02:30, 08:00‑17:00, 10:00‑19:00.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
  • Previous motor trade experience; independent garage or dealership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dealership systems and proven confidence and driven manner.
  • Strong customer service background, friendly and professional.
  • Steady work history.
