Job summary

The AA is seeking an HGV Recovery Driver based near Worcester to join our roadside assistance team. You’ll recover vehicles safely, support members in breakdowns, and work across varied locations with a calm, confident approach.

You’ll hold a full Category C (HGV Class 2) licence (CE great but not required initially), CPC, and tachograph card, with a flexible shift pattern including weekends. Excellent service and safety come first.

Qualifications

• Full Category C (HGV Class 2) driving licence is essential.
• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card required.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely recovering vehicles and reassuring customers during breakdowns.
• Work independently across varied locations while being part of a supportive team.
• Solve problems on the spot using technical skills and calm approach.
