Trigon-Recruitment is seeking a Multiskilled Technician with HGV for a Manchester-based role covering HGV driving, tanker operations, remediation works, groundworks and environmental services.

The role involves work across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, with travel to customer sites UK-wide and potential stay-away spells. A UK driving licence and RAMS awareness are essential for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence holder with solid driving experience.
• Good understanding of RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Experience completing vehicle checks and defect reporting.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles and tanker operations, with vehicle inspections and defect reporting.
• Support environmental remediation, tank installations, and groundworks on varied sites.
• Follow RAMS and safety procedures across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with site representatives and customers to ensure project delivery.
• Travel and stay away from home when required, with accommodation provided.
