Job summary

Lanes Group Ltd, a leading UK utility services provider, is recruiting an HGV Jetting Assistant to support our HGV Jetting Operative in high-pressure jetting tasks. You will work across East Anglia and surrounding areas, ensuring safe operation of jetting equipment and timely documentation.

The role requires a full UK driving license (max 6 points) and a jetting background from utilities; training will be provided on Water Jetting Association standards, Banksman, NRSWA, EUSR National Water

Qualifications

• Jetting background ideally from Utilities.
• Full UK driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Training will be provided on Water Jetting Association Red or blue book, Banksman, NRSWA, EUSR National Water Hygiene, Medium risk confined space.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HGV jetting operator in setting up and operating high-pressure water jetting equipment.
• Carry out inspections & identify possible blockages, leaks and resolve the issues.
• Updating and completing site documentation using electronic tablet
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and safe system of work and follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment and report any issues.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Wearing and maintaining any Personal Protective Equipment provided for your protection at all times.
