Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for their Stalybridge operation. The role involves daily vehicle checks, timely deliveries and collections, and adherence to road safety standards.

Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply and will receive training and support in a welcoming, professional environment. Join Kinaxia Logistics to work a 40-hour week on day shifts, with life assurance, pension, uniform and PPE, onsite parking and employee benefits as part of a supportive team

Qualifications

• Valid LGV C (Class 2) licence.
• Driver CPC certification required.
• Digital tachograph card is preferred.
• New passes welcomed and encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure safe operation.
• Deliveries and collections as scheduled and on time.
• Communicate issues with traffic office promptly.
• Follow Highway Code and company safety procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance.

Role Details

Your Role

Responsibilities

• Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy
• Arriving on time and communicating any issues with the traffic office
• Following company and customer procedures, as well as the Highway Code
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
• Completing deliveries and collections as scheduled
• Complying with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations
• Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained

What We're Looking For

• A valid LGV C (Class 2) licence
