Job summary

Vortex Companies is recruiting HGV / Jet Vac Drivers to join our Northern Ireland operations. Operate vacuum tankers and high‑pressure water jetting equipment to carry out drainage, sewer and environmental maintenance works.

You will work with colleagues and customers to deliver high‑quality results in a fast-paced environment. A current HGV licence is required and overtime may be expected; full training is provided and a permanent position with progression is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV licence.
• Willing to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum tankers and high‑pressure water jetting equipment.
• Carry out drainage, sewer and environmental maintenance works.

The Role

• Operate vacuum tankers and high-pressure water jetting equipment
• Carry out drainage, sewer and environmental maintenance works
• Work closely with colleagues and customers to deliver excellent results
• No staying away required
• A secure and permanent position with opportunities for progression.

Experience & Training

• Previous experience with high-pressure jetting equipment and drainage networks would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for successful candidates.

Essential Requirements

• Current HGV licence
• Must be flexible as you will be required to carry out a reasonable amount of overtime

Desirable Requirements

• CSR card (not essential, as this can be provided by the company)
• All employees will be expected to comply with all Group Health Safety Quality and Environmental compliance. Full training will be provided as part of a Group Induction Training package.
