Job summary

Driver Hire Bedford and Huntingdon is seeking a hard-working HGV driver for a full-time role based in Hull. Night trunking with Class 1 or day runs with Class 2, plus regular trips to major UK cities, are available. Local duties and daily safety checks are required.

Salary offers up to £63k per year, with a £750 bonus after 12 weeks and company-funded CPC training. Temp-to-Perm contract and a Monday–Friday pattern provide consistency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Minimal handball - focus on driving, not heavy lifting (Class 1)
• Handball involved on Class 2 opportunity
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
• Representing the business professionally at delivery locations
