Job summary

Unify is seeking a HGV Class 1 or 2 Driver to join our equipment hire operations. You will be delivering and collecting machinery to customer sites, ensuring safe handovers and adhering to our code of practice. A strong focus on safety, timing and customer service is essential.

The role involves daily vehicle checks, managing own work time, and potential use of powered access or plant machinery. Flexible start times and multiple locations are available.

Qualifications

• You must hold a HGV Class 1 or 2 Licence.
• Full CPC and digital tachograph card are required; IPAF 3A/3B desirable.
• Good understanding of vehicle safety and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect hire machinery to/from customer sites.
• Handover of machinery while following company code of practice.
• Comply with vehicle safety legislation.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Manage own working time effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

What do I need?

• You must hold a HGV Class 1 or 2 Licence
• Full CPC and digital tachograph cardIPAF 3A,3B desirable

• Experience with loading and unloading
• Prior experience with powered access, forklifts or plant machinery
