Responsibilities

• Drive safely and ensure freight arrives at the right place at the right time - every time.
• No loading or unloading is required; focus on driving, customer service and positive teamwork.
• Work generally 5 days a week, with occasional extended hours around holidays.
• Maintain full flexibility to ensure rota coverage and comply with driving hours and working time regulations.

Requirements

• Valid C+E Class 1 licence with no more than six penalty points and no DD, DR or IN endorsements.
• Driver CPC card with no current suspension or revocation.
• Hold a digital tachograph/smart card.
• Right to work in the UK.
• English language skills for safety.
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug and alcohol test.
• Clean driving record and energetic, personable and safe driving style.
• Previous experience preferable.
• Traction work only – drop/swap trailers.

Salary: £36,400-£39,000, reviewed after a 3‑month probation period.
