Job summary

Surecall Recruitment is seeking HGV Drivers for Islip, Thrapston or Corby depots. You will operate HGV Class 1 or 2 vehicles, trunking and multi-drop deliveries to multiple retail stores and depot locations, with a focus on securing loads and on-time deliveries.

Flexible shift patterns, including weekends, with a benefits package offering retail discounts, cinema vouchers, gym memberships and Virtual GP services. A £500 payment after 6 weeks’ service is available.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC card and Tachograph card.
• Minimum 1–2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record (maximum 6 points, no major endorsements).

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 or 2 vehicles (trunking & multi-drop).
• Transport loads securely between retail stores and depots.
• Follow schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.

Islip, Thrapston & Corby

• HGV Class 1 - £19.00 to £24.00 per hour
• HGV Class 2 Driver - £18.00 to £18.50 per hour
• PLUS ADDITIONAL £500 PAYMENT AFTER 6 WEEKS SERVICE
• Minimum 8-hour shift payment guaranteed
