Job summary

Evri Group in Bristol is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver for a full-time role at Avonmouth depot. You will transport palletised parcels to couriers and collect from delivery units, typically with 4–5 drops, while keeping paperwork accurate.

Shifts are night-based, starting between 22:00–00:00, with a salary of £18.17 per hour (plus £0.94 seasonal allowance) and overtime rate of £25.85. Benefits include 32 days’ leave, a 3% pension, life assurance and flexible perks.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, Driver CPC and tachograph compliance are required.
• Newly qualified drivers welcome; a short driving assessment will be undertaken.

What You’ll Do

Our HGV Class 2 drivers work on shifts, safely transporting our palletised parcels to couriers or collecting from delivery units where our couriers pick them up. You will typically have a run with 4–5 drops, ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles and keeping the paperwork updated.

Night shifts typically start between 22:00–00:00.

£18.17 per hour (£17.23 per hour plus £0.94 seasonal allowance) with an overtime rate of £25.85.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

• You’ll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, a driver’s CPC and a digital tachograph. Newly qualified drivers are welcome; however, all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
