Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK in Northampton seeks a reliable HGV Class 2 driver to join our delivery team. You will deliver building materials to customers, load and unload, and operate the moffett with a customer‑facing, friendly approach.

The role requires a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Digi Tachograph cards, with multidrop experience a bonus. Training is provided and career progression opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Requires valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Must have CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Multidrop experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers.
• Load and unload, operate moffett truck.
• Provide professional customer service on each drop.
• Assist teammates as needed.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the moffett and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
