Job summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver for a permanent role. You will deliver large materials across the UK, operate HIAB equipment, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

The position requires 2–3 nights away from home weekly, with a sleeper cab provided and a competitive salary with night-out payments. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence.
• HIAB trained/certified.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Up-to-date CPC.
• No more than 3 points on licence.
• Strong employment history.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, polite and presentable.
• Flexibility around start times.
• Comfortable with regular overnight stays.
• Aged 25+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large materials to customers across the UK, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Operate the HIAB as part of daily duties.
