Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting an HGV 2 Driver to join a leading logistics provider in Stretford. You will be responsible for delivering goods safely to key clients and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Shift patterns include 5 on 3 off with start times between 5:00 and 7:00. Pay is £17.00 per hour with overtime and bank holiday enhancements, and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK HGV Class 2 driving licence.
• Must hold a valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Must have a Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Minimum 1 year of HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• No more than 3 penalty points on licence.
• Must be eligible for a DBS check.
• Willing to complete CO (Cargo Operative) course (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods to key client locations including major transport hubs.
• Perform heavy manual handling as part of delivery process.
• Maintain accurate delivery schedules and manage time effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.

Valid UK HGV Class 2 Driving Licence
