Qualifications

• Must hold an HGV class 2 licence & a full CPC card.
• Experience of driving a low loader vehicle delivering plant or recovering vehicles is preferred.
• Demonstrable understanding of HGV vehicle safety and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machines according to company practices.
• Maintain security of load during transport.
• Handover machines to customers and explain their operation.
• Carry out daily checks on vehicle and equipment.
• Comply with vehicle safety and working time legislation.
• Relay customer queries to depot staff.
• Provide high standard customer care.
• Complete all relevant paperwork.
