Job summary

Nationwide Platforms is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver to deliver and collect powered access machines on a low loader vehicle. The role includes full training and the chance to join the UK market leader in powered access.

You will hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence with a CPC card, demonstrate excellent customer service and a strong commitment to health and safety. The position offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, Westfield Health Insurance, and a workplace pension.

Qualifications

• Must hold an HGV Class 2 licence and a full CPC card.
• Experience delivering plant on low loader preferred; training provided.
• Strong focus on customer service and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machines in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain security of the load during loading, transport and delivery.
• Handover machines to customers and explain basic operation.
• Carry out daily vehicle and ancillary equipment checks.
• Comply with vehicle safety regulations, tachographs and working time rules.
• Relay customer queries to depot staff as required.
• Act as a company ambassador, delivering high standards of customer care.
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately.
