Job summary

Jewson Northampton is seeking an Area HGV Class 2 Driver to join our delivery fleet. You will safely transport building materials to customers, loading and unloading, and operating a crane when needed.

The role includes covering a designated area and supporting nearby branches across Market Harborough, Kettering, Milton Keynes, Rushden and Bedford. We provide a fully funded induction at our training academy, CPC training, and opportunities for career progression within STARK Building Materials

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely at customer sites.
• Operate the vehicle-mounted crane (HIAB) where required.
• Deliver building materials to customers with a professional approach.
• Cover absence within a designated area and support branch teams.
