Job summary

dnata catering UK is seeking HGV Class 2 Drivers on a fixed term contract in Birmingham. You will load bar sets and catering gear onto 17-ton vehicles, and drive both airside and non-airside to ensure timely delivery to airline customers.

Key requirements include a Class 2 license with limited points, a valid CPC, and strong teamwork with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Generous on-site benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License Class 2 (Cat C) with no more than 6 points
• Full CPC
• Must be able to read, speak and write English
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Have adequate numeracy skills

Responsibilities

• Collecting and loading of bar sets and catering equipment onto 17-ton rigid vehicles
• Driving airside and delivering products safely on time to aircraft
• Liaise with Cabin Crew to transfer catering equipment between vehicle and aircraft
• Occasional delivery of stock to other units across the UK
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to delight customers
