Job summary

FM Conway is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join the Water and Drainage Management team. You will work in a two-person crew, carrying out drainage services including HPWJ, respond to emergencies, and support maintenance to keep water flowing.

Training is provided, and a positive attitude and safety focus are essential. Depot hours run from 16:00 to 02:00, with opportunities for development within FM Conway’s growing drainage division across the UK.

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2 (Category C) Licence and a valid Driver CPC.
• Outdoor work and field training required; drainage experience beneficial but not essential.
• Safe operation of HPWJ equipment and drainage vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out drainage services including high-pressure water jetting to inspect, clean and maintain networks.
• Respond to emergency callouts and resolve blockages quickly and safely.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance to keep water flowing and minimise disruption.
• Accurately record completed work and follow up on additional repairs.
• Use app-based reporting to update jobs, upload photos and communicate with the team.
