Job summary

Corus is recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 drivers to work with our established logistics client. You will complete deliveries and collections safely, carry out daily vehicle checks, ensure loads are secure, and follow drivers’ hours and tachograph rules.

A valid HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and tachograph card are required, along with reliability and a flexible approach. Shifts available on day or night, with a professional service expected for customers and site teams.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence (Category C) required.
• Driver CPC and digital tachograph card required.
• Knowledge of road safety and drivers’ hours.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections safely and on time.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ensure loads are secure before travelling.
• Follow drivers’ hours, tachograph rules and site procedures.
• Provide a professional service to customers and site teams.
