  Salary : Up to £35,000pa (DOE) Are you an experienced HGV / LGV Driver with Class 2 and ADR Certification, looking to kick‑start a new career for an established and growing Waste Management company in a permanent position? This role could be excellent for you! My client is looking for an experienced ADR Certified Class 2 Driver to join their team based in Southampton.

Working Hours

• Full Time: Monday to Friday (Guaranteed 45 hours a week)
• Overtime and weekend work available.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and Operate Class 2 vehicles: Skip Lorries, Tippers and Ro‑Ro.

Operate LGV Class vehicles on call‑outs and prearranged jobs across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex.

Loading and Unloading vehicles.

Complete all administration, paperwork and logbooks accurately and on time.

Engage with customers when on site, being friendly and offering great service.

Requirements

• Driver's CPC and 2 years' experience.
• Cat 2 Licence.
• Tacho Card.
• No more than 3 penalty points on licence.
• ADR Licence and Certification is essential.
• Previous experience working for a Waste Management or Skip hire company is desirable.
