Workchain in Malmesbury is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a permanent, daytime role. You will handle multi-drop deliveries, load and secure goods, and perform routine vehicle checks while upholding professional service at every location.

The position requires a valid HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and a reliable, punctual mindset. You will report to the local operations team and work a daytime schedule on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence.

• Experience with multi-drop deliveries (10+ drops/day preferred).
• Knowledge of safe loading and vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries, typically more than 10 drops.
• Load, unload and secure goods appropriately.
• Check delivery paperwork and obtain delivery confirmations.
• Carry out vehicle checks and report defects or issues.
• Provide professional service at each delivery location.
• Follow company, road safety and transport procedures.

The role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly
• Completing multi-drop deliveries, typically involving more than 10 drops
• Loading, unloading and securing goods appropriately
• Checking delivery paperwork and obtaining delivery confirmations
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects or issues
• Providing professional service at each delivery location
• Following company, road safety and transport procedures

Skills and qualifications
