Job summary

Simple Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a 48-hour weekly operation. You will work Tuesday to Saturday in a two-person crew, delivering goods and providing excellent customer service in a retail or commercial environment from Doncaster.

You should hold a valid Class 2 licence with a valid DIGI card, have no more than three points, and bring a willingness to handle heavy items daily and assist with paperwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hold an in-date, valid class 2 licence and DIGI card.
• Have no more than 3 points.
• Previous retail or commercial driving experience is preferred; multi-drop experience is an advantage.
• Heavy lifting is required daily as part of a two-person team.

• Guarantee customers receive their orders in perfect condition and on time.
• Build rapport with customers by delivering friendly, positive experience and handling questions or concerns professionally.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and electronic documentation accurately and efficiently.

Job description

You will be working a 48 hour week working Tuesday-Saturday. Working as a two-person crew we are looking for people who have a passion to deliver excellent customer service.

• Due to the nature of the role, heavy lifting is required daily. You''ll handle bulky items such as washing machines, kitchen units and worktops as part of a two person team
