Job summary

Workchain in Coatbridge is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for daytime distribution. This temporary role focuses on safe, punctual and customer‑focused deliveries across local routes.

You will drive HGV Class 2 vehicles, complete loading/unloading where required, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork. A valid HGV Class 2 licence and Driver CPC are essential, with a reliable, professional approach and good knowledge of drivers’ hours rules.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence and Driver CPC are required.
• Digital tachograph card is required.
• Proven HGV2 driving experience.
• Knowledge of drivers hours and road safety.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Physically able to assist with loading.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 2 vehicles safely.
