Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for a Class 2 (C) Wastewater Tanker Driver based in Alfreton, Derby. You will operate wastewater tankering tasks, including waste effluent or sludge, and occasional emergency call-outs. Day shifts are available with start times from 05:00 to 07:00, with Wednesday-Sunday or Friday-Tuesday patterns.

This role involves long hours, training provided, and weekly PAYE pay. Applicants must hold a valid Class 2 (C) licence, a CPC Card and a Tachograph Card.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Must hold a valid CPC Card.
• Must hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Undertake wastewater tankering (waste effluent or sludge).
• Be prepared for emergency work.

Position Overview

We are looking for Class 2 (C) Drivers to work with our client based in Alfreton, Derby.

Drivers will be required to undertake wastewater tankering, this is either waste effluent or sludge, as well as emergency work.

This role involves:

• Long hours
• Shift patterns available
• Training included

Pay Rates - Class 2 (C) Days:

Basic - £16.10 per hour

Overtime rate after 50 hours weekly - £24.15
