Job summary

M4 Talent Group is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for a leading essential services provider in RM13. The position features a 4-on, 4-off rota with 10–12 hour shifts and a clear path from temp-to-perm.

ADR training is provided for drivers not yet ADR qualified, and the role promises ongoing, stable work in a safety‑conscious environment. Candidates will perform local and regional ADR Class 6 collections and deliveries, drive a rigid HGV Class 2, complete paperwork accurately, and

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• ADR Class 6 qualification, or willingness to complete the training provided.
• Driver CPC.
• Digital tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Complete local and regional ADR Class 6 collections and deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Drive a rigid HGV Class 2 vehicle and manage multi-drop or scheduled routes confidently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and secure loads correctly.
• Stay compliant with drivers’ hours, tachograph rules, ADR requirements and company procedures.
• Provide a professional, safety-first service at every customer site.

Salary: Up to £39,400 per annum | RM13

Looking for dependable Class 2 work with a competitive annual salary, a consistent 4-on, 4-off rota and a genuine route into a permanent role? ADR Class 6 drivers are welcome, and training will be offered to suitable HGV drivers who are not yet ADR qualified.

What You’ll Need
