Job summary

Pertemps Southampton is seeking an HGV Class 2 ADR Cylinder Driver to join our client in Totton on a long-term, ongoing contract. The role involves delivering gas cylinders to customers with manual handballing and a requirement for physical fitness.

Typical shifts are Mon-Fri starting around 6am, with paid breaks and 34 days holiday. A valid UK HGV2 license, CPC/Digi Tacho, ADR card, and good customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Pertemps are now looking for an additional HGV Class 2 (C) ADR driver to start a long-term, ongoing contract with our Client in Totton.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible or the delivery of gas cylinders directly to customers. The role involves handballing stock on and off the vehicle and so a level of physical fitness will be required.

Due to the nature of the role all candidates must be comfortable with the handling of heavy canister on and off vehicles using heavy duty sack trucks.

Candidate Requirements

• - UK Driving Licence (Max. 6pts)
• - HGV Class 2 Qualification (Held for 2 years minimum - essential)
• - CPC/Digi Tacho - ADR Card
