Job summary

Stronghold Logistics Ltd, Purfleet, is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper/Driver to join our team. This full-time role involves no loading or unloading; you will drive safely, meet client expectations, and deliver exceptional customer service across our trunking and tramping operations.

The position offers a competitive salary (£41,000–£46,500 per year), regular work, and a modern fleet with on-site parking and a supportive environment. A UK work permit is mandatory for applicants.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV/Class 1 driving licence (C+E) and CPC with no suspensions.
• Clean driving record with no more than six penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Safely collect and deliver goods to clients on time.
• Complete all required documentation using our online app.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean, tidy, and secure at all times.
• Report accidents or issues promptly per policy.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
