Job summary

CTRG Limited is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers to work in Northampton (NN4), delivering a variety of drinks to customers across the area. You will join a fast-growing team with excellent support, a high-quality fleet, and the ability to draw wages early with Wagestream.

Shifts include AM and PM times with competitive PAYE rates. You must be comfortable handling Alcohol and hold a valid UK C+E licence with at least two years’ experience, plus DCPC and Tachograph compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C+E licence with at least 2 years driving experience.
• MUST be comfortable handling Alcohol.
• DCPC qualification and Digital Tachograph training.
• Understand and comply with Drivers hours and WTD legislation.
• Ability to perform vehicle checks and report defects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of products to customers in the Northampton area.
• Work across multiple shift patterns with AM and PM starts.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and compliance.

Working for one of the UK's biggest and most prestigious drinks brands, delivering a variety of products to customers across the area. As part of a rapidly expanding team, you'll benefit from excellent support and access to a high-quality fleet of vehicles.

Must be comfortable with handling Alcohol products.

Shifts: various shift patterns, with AM and PM start times.

Rates: £19.40 - £43.48

• LGV Nights - £20.01
• Overtime - £24.25
• Saturday - £29.10
• Sunday - £38.80
• Bank Holiday - £38.80

• LGV Nights - £22.42
• Overtime - £27.17
• Saturday - £32.61
• Sunday - £43.48

About You:

• Valid UK C+E (Class 1) Licence with Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience required
• MUST be comfortable handing Alcohol
• DCPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph
• Understand and able to comply with Driver's hours and WTD legislation
• Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly
• Excellent communication skills with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Drivers are required to undergo an assessment before starting including a written assessment, a driving assessment and a drug and alcohol screening.
