Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join a busy transport team in Doncaster and Wakefield. The role offers regular weekday work with consistent hours and straightforward curtain-sider deliveries across well known customers.

It’s mainly day shifts with some night work and occasional weekend overtime. You will operate curtain-side trailers with forklift unloading handled at the delivery point, typically around 50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
• Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Reliable and professional attitude.
• Committed to the role.
• Minimum 6 points for minor offences.

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday work.
• Occasional weekend overtime available.
• Mainly day shifts, with some night shifts available.
• Usually around 50 hours per week consistently.
• RDC deliveries to well known customers.
• Curtain-side trailers.
• Simply open the curtains at delivery - the forklift driver unloads the vehicle.
• Sweep out the trailer every few drops - very little manual work involved.
