Driver Hire Lincoln is seeking dependable HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for long-term, ongoing work in Lincoln. The role covers a mix of local and nationwide routes with refrigerated runs and no handball. Immediate starts available, with full-time and part-time shifts and weekly PAYE pay.

Successful candidates will hold a UK HGV Class 1 licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card, with up to 6 penalty points and a reliable, professional attitude. Hi-vis clothing and safety boots are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Driver CPC cert required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No major endorsements and max 6 penalty points.
• Hi-vis clothing and safety boots required.
• Reliable, flexible and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete between 1 and 5 deliveries per day.
• General haulage and refrigerated runs.
• Drive local and nationwide routes.
• No handball.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with transport office and relevant parties.
• Follow road safety, legal and operational requirements.
